If you’re meal prepping, your grilled chicken doesn’t have to be boring and monotonous everyday. You can add more flavor to your every day meals by making sure that the chicken is well marinated using different spices.

 

Here are a few tips for making sure that the chicken is more flavorful :

 

-If the chicken breast is too thick, cut it into thinner slices. This makes it easier for the spices to coat every part of the chicken. The grilling of the chicken also gets easier

-For more flavor it’s always best to let the chicken marinate overnight or atleast for 2-3 hours. You need to let the spices sink in to the chicken well before you grill it

-When grilling the chicken, make sure that you don’t overcook it: 4-5 mins each side would be perfect and will ensure that the chicken is juicy. Grilling it for way too long will make the chicken dry and harder to eat.

– You can batch grill your chicken: Meal prepping makes your meal life way easier so you can go ahead and grill the chicken for the next 4-5 days in one shot..
