About me
My name is Hafsaa and I am a Clinical Nutritionist/
Health Coach
I completed my undergrad and post grad in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics in 2022. I am currently on my way to become a Registered Dietitian a a Certified Personal Trainer.
I started CoachKcal in 2023 and the name was coined to combine two things that I currently help people with: Coach represents the training programs and Kcal is the short form for calories which is the unit for energy
My goal is not to just help you achieve your health goals, it is also to help you make better food choices, understand your body and grow super confident in general.
I am extremely passionate about everything linked to nutrition plus I also love cooking for people so you’ll often find me in the kitchen developing easy, beginner friendly recipes. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me working out, playing a sport, writing evidence-based blogs or just travelling solo.
