Strawberry season is here and all I did was hoard up on as many strawberries as possible. I normally freeze my berries and use them in smoothie but this time the one thing I was obsessed is this strawberry jam. It is easily one of my favorite jams considering how I get to totally control the ingredients and sweetness.
This 4 ingredient jam has no preservatives and takes hardly 15-20 mins to make. You can store it for a month without worrying about it going bad
Strawberry Chia Jam
Skip the store bought jams and make this fresh jam in just 10 mins

Ingredients
- 2 cups Strawberries roughly chopped
- 1.5 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1.5 tbsp Honey or any sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp Lemon
Instructions
- Chop the strawberries roughly and add them in a sauce pan.2) 3)4) 5) 6)
- Cook the strawberries at medium high heat until they’re softened and then add in your honey. (You can add the sweeteners according to your sweet preference.)
- After the mixture turns more liquidy, mash the strawberries until smooth.
- Add in your chia seeds. (If you want it to be thicker, you can add more chia)
- Add in your lemon juice and then let it cook until it thickens.
- Transfer to a dry jar and refrigerate after its cooled.
